Graham is the Founder and Managing Director of Fluency Express which has been in operation for over a year. He is a language enthusiast with proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and French and has been teaching foreign languages for over ten years.
Graham stated “I am hoping to empower the Guyanese population through language acquisition. Due to Guyana’s geographic location, it should be an asset to acquire a second language. Our population has changed significantly over the last year, with migrants from Venezuela, Cuba and other countries and it is becoming more paramount to prioritize learning a second language.”
Fluency Express offers classes in Spanish and French for children from the age of 5-years. It also offers beginners courses in Spanish and French for adults with Portuguese set to come on stream in the coming year. The institute also provides courses in English as a Second Language for foreign nationals and supports the corporate sector with services including translation of documents, interpretation and Spanish workshops.
The school’s main focus is on developing oral and written proficiency but with heavy emphasis placed on enhancing students’ conversational abilities.
Registration is currently ongoing for the year 2021.
