The Diagnostic Services will be made possible through the F. Hoffmann-La Roche and Company; in collaboration with ANSA McAl Trading Limited and the Giving Hope Foundation.
The donation was done on Friday at ANSA McAl’s office in Beterverwagting.
Head of the Giving Hope Foundation, Dr. Latoya Gooding explained that the ten recipients will not be named publicly but a detailed report of their biopsies will be placed on filed.
Dr. Gooding said that the foundation offers diagnostic testing for $6,500.
F. Hoffmann-La Roche and Company stated that collaboration is “not intended to induce, generate, promote, prescribe or recommend products of the Roche brand.”
The company stated that the collaboration is expected to be carried out with complete transparency.
The company noted that its main commitment is to patients and the community.
“One of its main objectives is making a tangible difference in health, people’s life and society.”
