The Man behind Guyana’s most controversial General and Regional elections Clairmont Mingo the Former Region 4 Returning Officer has been arrested by the Guyana Police Force and is being held for questioning.It was confirmed that the Authorities pick up Mingo from his Machaicony home.
Mingo was arrested in connection with falsification of documents, uttering forged documents and conspiracy to commit fraud.
