No Need to Panic says Warriors Captain.

After Zouk’s thumped Warriors in a close encounter on Sunday, Skipper Chris Green on Monday said that the team with two wins and two losses under their belt so far. The enthusiasm of the team is still great, as he mentions how impressed he is with the team performance so far in the tournament.

Green added “That we are well aware of what we need to do as we continue to build to play our better cricket at the back end of the tournament and I think we are on the right path. I think batters getting in and getting some time in the middle which something we have been starved of in the past six months.”

Noting he has no concerns over anyone form at the moment. With some guys missing out and some guys get runs. Bud if you looked at Brandon King’s unbelievable runs last season, it will always be a lot of pressure on him to try and match that but I think he is a quality player and we have full faith in him coming around said Skipper Green.

We have to continue to pick what we believe would be the best eleven for the day and we have to make sure all our guys are in the right frame of mind. Green added that with quick turn around of games we don’t want guys to fall by the wayside or loose form or get tired so we want to continue to rotate to make a fresh face as we have done with Ashme Nedd.

Warriors’ next encounter is on Tuesday when the face the Tallawahs.
