TKR sneaks past the Warriors in the opening Match

Shimron Hetmyer closed out the first half of opening matchup of the CPL 2020 season in the rained delay 17 over match up against the Trinbago Knight riders with a blistering 63 not out, making it his 5th Half Century in CPL, Veteran Ross Taylor made snappy 33 runs while Pooran 18 and Kemmo Paul with 15 runs with leading run-scorer from the 2019 season Brando King was caught for zero, with Hemraj producing 3 runs.The Knight Riders Bowling attack was led by Sunil Narine with 2 wickets for 18 runs off his 4 overs and rising West Indians fast bowler Seales picked up 1, with Ali Khan, Bravo also grabbing one apiece.After a slow start, the Knight Rider got going with Narine Producing his second half-century of CPL, with Simmons contributing 17. New Zealander Colin Munro had a flurry of shots but ended his time at the crease with 17. Warriors looked to pull things back with two quick wickets but Darren Bravo with his 30 off 27 helped as his brother Dwayne Bravo Finish it off with a long handle to hand TKR the win by Four Wickets.
